The verdict was passed on the bankruptcy trustee of the enterprise, glorified by Alexei Navalny and Pyotr Ofitserov

KOGUP Kirovles bankruptcy trustee Vladimir Perminov, caught in July on a bribe of 1,120,000 rubles, was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison and a fine of 2,240,000 rubles. This decision was made by the judge of the Pervomaisky District Court of Kirov Alexei Zhizhin.

Vladimir Perminov was accused of taking a bribe from a representative of UK Leskhoz LLC, a company that owed Kirovles.

- In late April - early May 2014, the management of LLC "UK" Leskhoz "approached Perminov to structure the calculations for the collection of their debt in favor of KOGUP," the Investigative Committee for the Kirov Region explained to Novaya Gazeta. - Perminov, taking advantage of his position, offered the company his "protection" and "preferential conditions" for repaying the debt. In particular, he promised not to resort to forced collection of the debt in full. For this, he demanded 1,120,000 rubles from the general director of LLC "UK" Leskhoz ". The Leskhoz representative agreed, and in July Perminov received a bribe of 1,000,000 rubles. At the time of the transfer of money, he was caught red-handed.

During the trial, Vladimir Perminov admitted his guilt, but noted that he "only wanted to create a precedent for additional remuneration of bankruptcy trustees." Whether he will appeal the verdict is unknown.

KOGUP Kirovles became famous after the 2013 trial of opposition leader Alexei Navalny and businessman Pyotr Ofitserov, who were accused of stealing the company's property - 10,000 cubic meters of timber products worth 16 million rubles. The Kirov Regional Court sentenced Navalny to five years of suspended imprisonment, and Ofitserov to four years of suspended imprisonment. Earlier, Kirovles appeared in a criminal case against Andrey Votinov, adviser to the governor of the Kirov region, Nikita Belykh, who was accused of committing fraud on an especially large scale (part 30 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Votinov, as established by the Leninsky District Court of Kirov, demanded 2 million rubles from the director of KOGUP "Kirovles" Vyacheslav Opalev, in return promising him to keep his position during the reorganization of the enterprise initiated by the regional government. In fact, Votinov could not influence the course of the reorganization. The Leninsky District Court sentenced the governor's adviser to three years in prison.
