The arrest of the Nazis Goryachev was extended until March 8

The Basmann District Court of Moscow extended the Nazi Ilya Goryachev the term of detention in the pre -trial detention center until March 8, 2015. This was reported on Twitter of the support group of the prisoner. Thus, the court supported the application of the investigation.

Lawyers Nikolai Polozov and Mark Feigin insisted on the liberation of Goryachev under house arrest. Polozov noted that over the past year his client was already contained in three pre -trial detention centers and pressure was on him. Polozov also added that in the case there is no other evidence against Goryachev, except for the testimony of Nikita Tikhonov and Evgenia Hasis, convicted of the murder of lawyer Stanislav Markelov and journalist Anastasia Baburova.

Feigin, for his part, noticed that the investigation is confused by the court and the media, speaking of Goryachev as the direct executor of the murders incriminated to him. Meanwhile, the defender added, even in Tikhonov’s testimony and Hasis, the accused passes as an organizer and inspirer, and not as an executor of these crimes.

Goryachev is charged with the leadership of a combat organization of Russian nationalists. On September 22, it became known that the investigation was completed in his case . Goryachev’s case includes 54 volumes, as well as audio and video materials.

In the final edition of the prosecution, the Nazis is still charged with part 1 of Article 209 (creation of a gang), paragraphs “A”, “F”, “Z”, “L” of part 2 of Article 105 (the murder of two or more persons committed by an organized group associated with banditry, based on ideological and national hatred and enmity), part 2 of Article 222 (illegal circulation of firearms) and part 1 Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code (creation of an extremist community). At the same time, the composition of the episodes incriminated by Goryachev has changed.

The investigation no longer considers him involved in the murders of the anti-fascist Ivan Khutorsky (Vanya Kostolom) in November 2009 and the judges of the Moscow City Court Eduard Chuvashov in April 2010. On the other hand, the investigation was charged with Goryachev's complicity in the murders of Markelov and Baburova in January 2009, as well as the 20-year-old Tajik Salalahedin Azizov, who was cut off his head in 2008. In addition, the TFR insists on the accusations initially imputed by the Nazis of involvement in the murders of the anti -fascists Fedor Filatov (Fedya) and Ilya Japaridze.

The arrested himself does not plead guilty.

Goryachev was detained in Serbia on May 9, 2013. On the same day, the Russian authorities said that they have no complaints about the Nazis and he was not declared wanted. However, on May 13, the TFR said that Goryachev was put on the international wanted list and was arrested in absentia to the Basmann District Court.

After a series of followed trials, Serbia issued arrested Russia. On November 8, 2013 he was extracted . Since then, Goryachev has been in jail. His arrest repeatedly extended.

Goryachev’s case is allocated from the main case of BORN into separate production. The main thing - in relation to Vyacheslav Isaev, Maxim Baklagin, Mikhail Volkov and Yuri Tikhomirov - has already been transferred to the Moscow Regional Council, but his consideration has not yet been started due to the lack of jury : the collegium was not taken from several attempts.

In addition, the case of Tikhonov, who was already serving a life sentence for the murder of Markelov and Baburova, has been allocated for separate production. Unlike Goryachev, Tikhonov fully pleaded guilty . On September 24, the Moscow City Court sentenced him to 18 years in prison in addition to a life sentence .
