What has been talked about so long. In the place where, as promised, in 2018 a new museum of contemporary art will appear, which at the same time will become the head office of the HCCI, a symbolic “first stone” appeared . With the history of this long -suffering museum, I began my work on colta.ru, so I could not miss such an event. It was not believed that this museum would ever begin to be built, although the competition passed, and even the project of the new building was finally approved , and now, after laying the stone, I was not quite believed.

The action took place on Khodynka, among other construction projects. A huge shopping and entertainment complex is already hanging over the site, where the GTCS will appear in the future, which will open very soon. Somewhere nearby they begin to build a metro station.

Journalists were called to the ceremony, who were supposed to capture this solemn moment. But they immediately made us understand that there was nothing to relax here. “Are you a press? Stand here, ”said the FSO officers from the security either Sergei Sobyanin, or Vladimir Medinsky, tamping a group of journalists on the pike -pike in front of the scene in the cold wind, and added:“ Do not go there. ” And do not go at all - it was read in the eyes of the guards. There, it means, in a tent where it was possible to somehow warm up and drink hot tea. But officials felt great there: the Minister of Culture, the Senator and others with a rank lower plus the leadership of the HCSI. This is how the “white bone” and the other “elite” from commoners were separated immediately, without unnecessary words it was shown how the Russian state arranged. The special piquancy was given to this that during the ceremony from the stage several times poured with nightingales of reminders, that this day was a great holiday, the day of folk unity, etc. Passengers of memberships - one minister, one mayor, one senator - actively demonstrating their difference from other citizens, were naturally very convincing, speaking of "unity." This is generally characteristic of the current Russian authorities: any new symbol or new undertaking, wrapped in the candy wrapper and “justice”, in fact turn out to be their opposite.

It looked funny. Medinsky blessed the museum, which, according to the idea, should be filled with the very contemporary art that the minister is not to his liking. Sobyanin did not fail to pronnize the opening of the exhibition about Rurikovich, because contemporary art is here, but in general, this is what you need to watch. After the performances of other speakers, the minister with the mayor removed the very “first stone” that closed his piece of fabric - and the voila, they are already smiling and posing in front of the cameras.

Now the main thing is to leave beautifully so that no one will notice. The power with gaban psychology loves conspiracy. And for this they needed contemporary art. The mayor with the Minister is still taking pictures, and they announce from the stage: look right - the performance of the “blue noses”. Indeed, they are worth the Minh with Shaburov, and their pants take off from their pants into the sky, noisy and for a long time. Look, and the mayor is already getting into the car and leaves. A tight graph, all that. The firecrackers are over - the performance of Elena Kovilina and the students of her school of performance Pyrfyr announce the performance. It turns out an artist dressed in all red. The hut layout is carried out, also red and, as they say, 25-kilogram. Klylina holds him over himself at first standing, then lying. Here, already outside the gates of construction, the Medinsky car disappears. During the "manifestos" they said that contemporary art is a facade and cover for the actions of the authorities. But then this metaphor of cover was embodied literally.

Honestly - I don’t know if the rest will be laid around this “first stone” and if there are, how long the construction will continue. But in which this museum arises in which this museum arises that past battles around the new GTSI building are simply nonsense - the problems are just beginning.
