During the trial, it turned out that the investigator nevertheless included evidence in the case file, confirming, as lawyers believe, Savchenko’s non-involvement in the death of Russian journalists near Lugansk in June.

Nadezhda Savchenko personally supported the complaint of defense against the actions of the investigator. A few days before the hearings, she sent a request to deliver her from the investigative insulator to a meeting of the Basmanny Court, and this request was satisfied.

The same, according to Nikolai Polozov, is confirmed by the clarification of the Russian Bar Chamber, which notes that lawyers have the right to collect evidence, including through surveys of witnesses, outside the Russian Federation, and no legislative restrictions on this incident are provided.

It turned out in the court that the Investigative Committee changed the opinion on this issue, canceled the previously issued resolution on refusal and satisfied Savchenko’s defense to introduce witnesses to the case of lawyer polls.

In Russia, Nadezhda Savchenko is considered involved in the murder of VGTRK journalists Igor Korneluk and Anton Voloshin . Her guilt, according to the investigation, lies in the fact that, having learned the coordinates of the location of the group of Russian journalists, Savchenko handed them to her command, after which Ukrainian troops fired a group of mortars.

Nadezhda Savchenko does not plead guilty and claims to be captured and transported to Russia by separatists operating in the east of Ukraine. According to the statements of Russian officials, she, as a refugee, crossed the Ukrainian-Russian border. According to the Ukrainian version, it was kidnapped from the territory of Ukraine, transferred to the Russian military and delivered to the Voronezh investigative insulator, from where they later sent to Moscow.

On October 26, in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Nadezhda Savchenko went to the parliament on the party list of the Batkivshchina party, headed by Yulia Tymoshenko, and on October 27, the Moscow Basmanny Court extended the arrest of the newly elected deputy Savchenko until February 13.

Vera Savchenko flew to Moscow on a date with her sister on November 5, however, at the Sheremetyevo Airport she was awarded a notification about the ban on entry into the country until December 31. The explanation states that the ban is imposed on the basis of an article by the law "On the procedure for leaving the Russian Federation and entry into the Russian Federation", which states that a foreigner may be denied permission to visit Russia, if "this is necessary in order to ensure the defense or safety of the state, or public order, or protecting public health."

Commenting on the actions of the Russian side, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry called them unfounded. "We consider such a step ... aimed at further committing pressure on illegally retained Nadezhda Savchenko through the gross and demonstrative violations of her procedural rights, the violation of universal needs." - I went to the meeting with Nadia. The Investigative Committee gave permission to date and even allowed to sit at the table, and not communicate through the glass. Who ruined all this in the last minute? I flew by the Russian Airline Transaero, took a ticket in Ukraine. No one stopped me there. And then they still mixed up my middle name. Vera Nikolaevna constantly spoke and wrote. I say: "Maybe you want to ban the entrance to Vera Nikolaevna? Because I am Vera Viktorovna. Maybe I can?" There was a ban on a pipe.

- Have you been kept at the airport for a long time? How did you turn?

- I stayed there exactly day. I flew in the morning, and flew in the evening the next flight back with Transaero. All these 5.5 hours that I sat in this transit zone was shot by a man from the border service on the camera. He tried to do this imperceptibly, but I laughed and said that his hand would get tired so that he would put the camera on the table. Why is he doing this? Well, he took off and that's it. He said: "For the purpose of your safety, does it suit you?" These 5.5 hours I sat on the chair, chewed the apples that I drove my sister.

- Why are they afraid of you? And if they are not afraid, then why don't they want to see in Russia?

“I think they are not afraid of me.” They are afraid of my influence on my sister. We wanted to solve some issues with her. I myself can solve these issues, but without it I do not want to. I wanted to hear her opinion in the first place. I don’t want to act blindly in her business. I drove documents in our Ukrainian case, where Nadia the victim, who was abducted. But these documents cannot be transferred to Russian human rights activists for certain reasons. I had to show them.

- Do you have any connection with her?

- Unfortunately no. It was such a great success that the Investigative Committee allowed a date. But from the presentation of what kind of "good" people I was banned from entering Russia at the last minute, I am very interested in. I do not think that the Investigative Committee did.

- Your sister headed the election list of "Fatherland". With Yulia Tymoshenko, did you discuss her business?

- We had a public meeting before my departure to Moscow. I talked about my intentions, she is about her. We decided how we do next. To do this, I needed to meet my sister. The result is zero. I think that our planned plans will also break, because Russian human rights activists are unlikely to want to come to Kiev and discuss the protection line, ”said Vera Savchenko .
