Against women, the case was opened under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of violence against a representative of the authorities). The bailiff was refused to initiate the case against the case.

On February 4, the Khostinsky district court sentenced Martynyuk and Toropov in the case of a beatings of the bailiff by the year of the colony-settlement. However, the court of appeal of the Krasnodar Regional Court returned the case for a second consideration by another composition of the court. On August 14, the district court sentenced Toropov to 1.5 years in prison. The Martynyuk’s attitude was allocated into separate production due to its hospitalization.
