
The commander of the Gorlovsky terrorists Igor Bezler (Bes) was killed by Russian special services. This was announced on his Facebook page, the leader of the public movement "SPILNA Right" ("General Case"), former adviser to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Alexander Danilyuk.
“The reason for the destruction was the refusal to obey the Russian military command, the intention to publicly recognize the Gorlov -Makeevsky conglomerate controlled by the territory of Ukraine and call the participants in other gangs for the search for compromise with the Ukrainian authorities,” the public leader explained.
Danilyuk did not specify the source of his information.
The terrorists in the comments of Interfax Danilyuk did not confirm . “We have no information that he (Bezler. - Ed.) Died, not that he was wounded,” said the representative of the DPR Ministry of Defense. “This is the trick of the Ukrainian press.”

Bezler was born in 1965 in Simferopol. He graduated from the Military Academy. Dzerzhinsky in Moscow. Served in GRU special forces; In 2002, he resigned with the rank of lieutenant colonel and settled in Gorlovka.

Then he participated in an attack on an independent candidate Vladimir Veselkin.
In February 2014, Bezler, at the direction of the GRU, went to the Crimea, where he took part in the shares of Russian security forces to seize military units and administrative buildings. In April, he again arrived in the Donetsk region. Participated in the seizure of the regional headquarters of the SBU. On April 14, he captured the police in Gorlovka, after which he actually led this city for several months.
The friction was reported between the Gorlovsky commander and other DPR terrorists. In particular, on July 1 in Donetsk there was a battle between the forces of Bezler and Alexander Boroday , the then Prime Minister of the Republic.
At the end of July, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported that Bezler fled to Moscow . After that, about a month and a half, there was no information about the terrorist.
In mid-September, however, Bezler was promoted to Major General of the DPR . Later, on November 1, the former "DPR defense minister" Igor Girkin said that Bezler had left the "republic".
