Skater Kovtun won the Grand Prix in Shanghai

Russian skater Maxim Kovtun won at the stage of the Cup of China Grand Prix in Shanghai.

Kovtun showed the best result in both arbitrary and short programs.

The second place was won by the Golden Medalist of the Olympiad in Sochi Yuzuru Khany from Japan. The third was the Uzbek Misha Ge.

Earlier, the victory of the Russians Elizabeth Tuktamysheva at the Shanghai Grand Prix on figure skating was reported. The second place on the pedestal was taken by another representative of Russia - Julia Lipnitskaya. In the third place was Japanese Kanko Murakami.
