The judge habitually satisfied the petition of the prosecutors, numerous volumes of the case were introduced into the hall, and on the next one and a half hours both representatives of the prosecution announced lists of seized documents, numbers and addresses of payment. Meanwhile, the process going from August is obviously accelerating. Today, from the mouth of the judge, a phrase sounded that the process "is protracted in nature." Until now, the meetings were held weekly, but before the November holidays, Judge Elena Korobchenko said that she wanted them to take place more often. This week, according to the judge’s plan, there will be three meetings - besides today, on Thursday and Friday.

“I have the feeling that they received some kind of instruction and all this began to go much faster. I understand that no one knows what the prosecutor's office plans. And the prosecutor’s office itself does not know what to do with witnesses, ”suggested Alexei Navalny in a conversation with the New Times correspondent. However, he has no doubt that he will be found guilty: “It is obvious that there can be no acquittal. No one will allow the situation in which Navalny triumphantly defeated the system. Even if the victims say a hundred times that they have no complaints. ”
