Now five people were in the dock - Maxim Baklagin, Vyacheslav Isaev, Mikhail Volkov and Yuri Tikhomirov. Bourn participants are accused of the most resonant crimes of recent years committed on the basis of neo -Nazism. It is this group that is attributed to the murder of one of the leaders of the anti -fascists Ivan Khutorsky and the judge Eduard Chuvashov (he was engaged in affairs against nationalists). The murder of Markelov is also explained by ideological motives - the lawyer on ships represented the interests of the anti -fascists and, in particular, defended the Elsa Kungaeva family in the court in the case of Yuri Budanov.
Relatives of many victims of neo -Nazis came to the Mosoblss, including the mother of Ivan Khutorsky and Eduard Chuvashov. During the meeting, Isaev, Baklagin and Volkov partially pleaded or partially pleaded guilty, Tikhomirov insists on their innocence. Isaev’s lawyer is indignant that his client is accused of all the episodes of the Bourn case, while he “in fact, only one and a half murders has committed it, and then not completely”.
