The leader of the Novosibirsk RPR-Parnas was seized a laptop to check the video, which he reposted on the social network Vkontakte. Probably, we are talking about a video where unknown persons in masks call for participation in the March for the federalization of Siberia. The video is accompanied by Savin's comment: "Cool :) Very similar to the tricks of the Chekists." The search in the activist's apartment was limited to the seizure of a laptop, no preventive measures have been applied to Savin at the moment.
