The owner of Rusala Oleg Deripaska stopped being the general director of the company and took a new position of president. Such a decision of the board of directors entered into force on November 17, the Rusala press release said.

The company was headed by the First Deputy Deripaska Vladislav Soloviev. It is clarified that in the new position of Solovyov will receive a salary of $ 3.5 million with a bonus up to $ 3.5 million per year.

As the president of Deripaska, as specified, will be responsible for the strategy and development of the company, external ties and investments in Norilskel. Its salary will be $ 2 million with a bonus up to $ 4 million per year.

The “Vedomosti” reported the upcoming change in the leadership of the aluminum giant in September. In April 2014, Deripaska left the post of general director of his company EN+, thereby the billionaire completely departed from operational management of his assets.
