Appeal of the sentence Dmitry Ishevsky

On November 19, at 10:30, the Moscow City Court will consider an appeal about the sentence of the Swamp Prisoner Dmitry Ishevsky. The meeting will be held in the hall 225.

On October 10, the judge of the Zamoskvoretsky district court of Chepratsov sentenced Ivsky to 3 years and 2 months in prison. Ishevsky fully pleaded guilty, and his business was listened in a special order.

The term is determined by partial addition of punishments - three years under part 2 of Article 212 (participation in the riots) and two years - in part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities).

The court took into account the recognition of Ishevsky guilt, voluntary compensation for their damage, the presence of parents-retirees and the state of health of the mother. The court did not find the circumstances aggravating the guilt of the defendant.

Protection, nevertheless, intends to achieve the mitigation of the sentence.

The 31-year-old Ishevsky has been in prison since May 27. At the initial stage of the investigation, he did not admit guilt and refused to testify.

According to the prosecution, in Bolotnaya Square Ivsksky repeatedly raised “unidentified objects” from the asphalt and threw them into “unidentified police officers”. One of these items allegedly fell into the head area of ​​the special forces Budantsev. In addition, Ishevsky is accused of “preventing the detention,” tore off the helmet from the police shashkov, from which the policeman fell and “experienced pain”. The accused was identified by a police officer Narykov, passing in the case with a witness.
