Terminals for micallors are in Russian cities on every corner, they are used daily by millions of people to pay for a mobile phone, utility bills, the Internet and other services. The former agent of the largest Russian payment system QIWI Denis Dushnov told Yoda that there are several schemes for obtaining cash using terminals.
One of them suggests that a businessman who needs cash for “gray” schemes agrees with the owner of the terminal and pays fictitious services to him by bank transfer. In return, he receives cash extracted from the terminal, and the QIWI payment system takes the percentage of the intermediary in order for everything to look legal, says Dushnov.
According to Dushnov, the terminals that exist for cashing are easy to calculate from large inscriptions “Commission 0%” - they would not pay off if they did not work for the withdrawal of cash.
Dushnov spent a year and a half in a pre -trial detention center on charges of illegal banking and creating a criminal community, later a preventive measure was changed to a recognizance not to leave. Dushnov himself, in an interview with MK, called his business revenge by QIWI for the desire to create his own payment system for terminals.
A street machine is one of the most convenient for “cashing” sources of bills, because daily in the drawers of terminals standing, like street stalls, in the most passing and bread places, citizens are thrown by hundreds of thousands and millions of rubles.
