The activities of the combat organization of Russian nationalists were supervised by the presidential administration. According to Mediazona, this was announced at the hearing in the group in the Moscow Regional Council by the witness of Yevgeny Hasis, delivered from the Mordovian IK-14 general regime, where she is serving an 18-year term for complicity in the murder of Lawyer Stanislav Markelova and journalist Anastasia Baborova.

Born had two leaders, Hasis said. The ideologist of the organization was Ilya Goryachev, and the technical organizer was Nikita Tikhonov. Goryachev, Hasis explained, had no authority in the circles of right -wing militants, so he needed Tikhonov, who had such an authority with such an authority.

In the fall of 2009, the witness added, Goryachev told Tikhonov that it would be desirable to kill any judge - which one, it doesn’t matter. He handed Tikhonov a list of judges who were doing against the nationalists. This list was Eduard Chuvashov, whose murder, committed in April 2010, is charged with the defendants in the case. Among the scheduled victims Born was also lawyer Vadim Kluvgan, known for the defense of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, and later - the Swamp Prisoner of Nikolai Caucasian. The hearing in the Born case began on November 13 . In the bench of the defendants - Mikhail Volkov, Maxim Baklagin, Vyacheslav Isaev and Yuri Tikhomirov. The case is considered with the participation of jury. Judge Alexander Kozlov leads the process.

In the case of nine episodes. The first is participation in the extremist community, gang and illegal turnover of weapons. The remaining episodes are murders and attempts committed in 2008-2011.

The defendants, depending on their role, are charged with the murders of Filatov, Japaridze, Khutorsky, Khalilov, as well as the world champion in Thai boxing Muslim Abdullaev, judges of the Moscow City Court Eduard Chuvashov, taxi driver Khachikyana and an attempt on citizen Ramazan Nurichuev and policeman Gagik Benamyan.

Thus, the accused is charged with the creation of an extremist community, banditry, murder and attempted murder, an encroachment on the life of an employee of a law enforcement agency, and the illegal turnover of weapons. All four are threatened with life sentences.

Isaev pleads the guilt in full, wolves and Bablagin - partially, Tikhomirov completely denies his guilt.

The day before, Tikhonov acted as a witness in court, who received a life sentence for the murder of Markelov and Baburova. He was also one of the accused in the Born case, but he fully pleaded guilty, went on a deal with the investigation, and his case was allocated into separate production. On September 24, Tikhonov was sentenced to 18 years in prison in addition to life imprisonment .
