On November 21, 2013, mass protests of supporters of European integration began in Ukraine. On this day, the government suspended preparations for the signing of an association agreement with the EU. By evening, calls appeared on social networks to reach a protest. The first promotion began on the Square Square in Kyiv at about 22 hours. From one to two thousand people gathered for a rally. Journalists, public activists, opposition political leaders Vitaly Klitschko, Oleg Tyagnibok, and Arseny Yatsenyuk came here. The next day, rallies began throughout the country.
On the anniversary of the Maidan in Kyiv a number of events will be held, including photo exhibitions, flash mobs and a car racing.
