The Ministry of Internal Affairs Center for Combating Extremism (Center E) turned to Dmitry Khomak, administrator of the online encyclopedia Lurkomorye, with a request to provide information about the authors of articles about Ramzan Kadyrov and the Molotov cocktail. The police are interested in the date of publication of the articles and the ip-addresses from which the users who posted them came in, as well as any other information about these users.
The request contains the titles of articles - "Recipes for making Molotov cocktails" and "About Ramzan Kadyrov." There are no such articles in Lurkomorye. The encyclopedia contains the articles "Ramzan Kadyrov" and "Molotov Cocktail".
The request was drawn up by the Department of Internal Affairs for the Western District of Moscow and dated 24 November. The text of the letter states that Lurkmore user information is needed to verify two messages registered in the Nov. 20 incident book.
