© Department of Culture of the city of Moscow Sergey KapkovThe head of the Moscow Culture Department, Sergei Kapkov, proposed legitimizing the sale of alcohol in city parks.
He made an appropriate statement on Monday, November 24, at a joint meeting of the Moscow City Duma Commission on Culture and Mass Communications and the Commission on Public Associations and Religious Organizations, TASS reports.
“This task is the most difficult, it is a consumer department. - said Kapkov. - We have all the objects in the territory of the parks wear the status of non -stationary objects, respectively, they do not have the right to sell alcohol. We will not deceive anyone: visitors themselves bring alcohol with them, and they trade from under the floors in the parks. Of course, taxes are not paid from this, this is a large corruption component for various inspection bodies. It just needs to be legalized. ”
According to him, this year Moscow parks have already earned about 2.2 billion rubles. On the sale of services, rental and visiting sports grounds and excursions. “I think we will go to the figure of 2.3 billion rubles before the end of the year. For each budget ruble 63 kopecks, each park earns itself, ”Kapkov noted.
He also said that the Department of Culture until 2018 is going to comprehensively improve all the hundred parking areas assigned to it.
