
Today, November 26, the 16th International Fair of Intellectual Literature Non/Fiction has opened in the central house of the artist in Moscow.
According to the organizers, about 300 large and small publishing houses, book trade enterprises and cultural institutions from Austria, Belgium, Germany, Israel, Italy, Norway, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine, France, Switzerland, Japan and other countries will take part in it.
The fair will host the awarding ceremony of laureates of literary prizes and finalists of competitions:
Several events of the business program will be devoted to the memory of a sociologist, translator and cultural scientist Boris Dubin (1946–2014). Today, a round table “Dialogue with another” was held, organized by the international memorial and the “new literary review”, with the participation of Lev Gudkov, Alexei Levinson, Alexander Livergent, Kirill Rogov and Marietta Chudakova. Another event on November 28 will be held by the Foreign Literature magazine, with which Boris Dubin collaborated for many years as an author, and then became a member of the editorial board.
This year, children will become an honorary guest of Non/Fiction - a significant part of the fair’s program will be devoted to children's literature. A special guest of the fair is the German language and literature, the program of events of a special guest was formed by Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
In addition, this year for the first time in the history of the fair, it will present an educational program on the theory and history of illustration, the work of the text and the image in the book layout.
