The servile Russian press, saturated with pathological hatred of America, found a new reason for gloating and ostentatious anger - atrocities in Ferguson, Missouri. The agency led by Dmitry Kiselev is especially zealous. "The jury in the United States recognized the policeman Darren Wilson, who shot the dark -skinned teenager in Ferguson, innocent" - this is what the message looks like.
The sympathy of the oppressed descendants of the slaves is bizarrely combined with other phobias of the Kremlin propague. It turns out that "America was so carried away by political correctness that it became simply impossible to discuss racial problems in American society." An expert who expressed such a paradoxical thought (after all, political correctness exists to protect the interests of minorities, including racial ones), boldly develops it: white racists kill African Americans because they are "annoyed by the very fact of the Black President in the United States."
But racism racism, and when suppressing the riots, the state is in its right : "In this sense, we wish Barack Obama good luck."
Of course, the Russian Foreign Ministry did not remain indifferent. The Human Human Human Human Rights Constantin Human Rubovant Rolov Roli denounces the malicious violators of these rights: "The flurry of indignation now observed ... again indicates the extreme neglect of the problem of remnants of racism and violation of the rights of ethnic minorities in the United States."
For those who really want to understand the reasons for what is happening in Ferguson, I set out the facts, the benefit of facts: contrary to the existing practice, legal authorities published complete protocols of the preliminary investigation with a volume of 4799 pages.
First of all: no one justified the policeman, because there was no court. There were preliminary hearings of the case in a large jury, which decides whether there are sufficient grounds for bringing the accused to criminal liability. The jury heard the testimony of dozens of witnesses and examined the material evidence presented to him. Darren Wilson himself gave the jury himself, although usually the accused is silent in order not to say anything that can be interpreted to him.
The incident, whose victim was the 18-year-old Michael Brown, occurred in broad daylight on a lively street, so there are many witnesses. As the prosecutor of the County of St. Louis Robert Makakallo explained, some witnesses changed their testimonies during the preliminary investigation, the testimony of others contradict evidence. These people do not necessarily lie. The phenomenon, which was described in his “ psychology of the masses ”, also Gustav Lebon is known in modern criminology as “Rasomon effect”: the more eyewitnesses, the higher the likelihood that their evidence will contradict each other. Therefore, the testimony of witnesses must be compared not only with each other, but, if possible, with evidence. Below I will give an example of such discrepancies.
What happened on August 9 this year in the suburbs of Saint Luis Ferguson on Kranfield Drive Street in the first hour of the afternoon?
At 6:30 in the morning, the police Darren Wilson drove on his service SUV “Chevrolet Tahoe” for duty, which was supposed to continue until 6:30 pm. At 11:53, he received a circular message to the police dispatcher on the radio that a robbery was taking place in the food store nearby. The dispatcher found out about this thanks to the camera installed in the store. The video shows how the robber abducts a box of cigar at a price of $ 48. This robber was Michael Brown. Despite the pressure exerted by the Department of Justice of Missouri, Ferguson police chief Tom Jackson published this video. The fact of robbery was confirmed by Brown's accomplice Dorian Johnson.
Four minutes after the first message, the dispatcher conveyed the orientation: the robber is an African American, it has a white T -shirt, a red cap with the symbols of the St. Louis -Baseball command "Cardinal", Khaki Colors and Yellow Socks. At 12:01, Wilson saw a man directly in front of him, who exactly corresponded to the description. Michael Brown and his friend proudly walked along the roadway. Cars went around them. Having caught up with the couple, Wilson stopped the car and shouted to them: "Guys, what are you walking in the middle of the road?" One of the guys answered: "We have almost come." “Great,” said Wilson, “but why didn’t you please you?” In response, he heard obscene abuse.
Continuing to follow the couple, Wilson said to the dispatch that he found a man who looked like a robber, and asked to send reinforcements. Then he stopped again at the intersection and ordered the suspect to approach the car. Continuing to swear, Brown approached, but when Wilson began to get out of the car, he tried to slap the door. Wilson did not have time to remove his leg, and the door hit him on the leg. When Wilson freed his leg, Brown slammed the door and leaned on it, not allowing the police to get out of the car. To the order to release the door, Brown answered the fist in the face of the policeman through the open window of the car. Previously, to free his hands, he said to the accomplice: "Hold it!" - And handed him a stolen box of cigars.
A little about the physical data of the collision participants. Anyone who calls Brown "an unarmed 18-year-old teenager," says only part of the truth. Michael Brown was two meters tall (193 centimeters) and weighing 132 kilograms. Wilson the man is not small either. He is the same height with Brown, but he is very inferior in complexion: his weight is 95 kilograms. According to Wilson, Brown was clearly inadequate. The posthumous toxicological examination discovered a tetrahydrocannabinol in the blood of Brown - an undeniable evidence of marijuana use. The stubborn aggressive teenager of giant dimensions was clearly dangerous - because Wilson asked for help.
Having received two blows in the face (there is a medical certificate and photographs of bruises in the case), Wilson, without waiting for the third, shot. During interrogation, he showed that he was afraid that the third blow of his fist would knock him down, "if not worse." The bullet hit the brown in the hand, which he just stuck out the window.
Some witnesses claimed that there was no attack on the policeman, that Wilson opened fire in an unmotivated one. However, Brown’s blood splashes were found in the car. They could not appear there if Brown had not put his hand out the window. This is the case when the testimony of witnesses contradict evidence.
Wilson shot twice, after which Brown rushed to run, and Johnson hid behind the car. Wilson got out of the car and began to pursue Brown. In the end, he again launched a gun and killed Brown.
The question to the defenders of the oppressed, unarmed, exhausted political correctness of adolescents from brutal racists: what would you do in place of the policeman?
The defense insisted that Wilson acted strictly in the framework of the law and the official instruction. The large jury was offered to choose from five options for a possible accusation provided for by law - from an intentional murder to murder by negligence. Not a single one scored the necessary nine votes out of 12. It is true that there were only three African Americans in the jury. But if they were six and they all considered Wilson guilty, their voices would still not be enough for the qualified majority. And if there were more African Americans in the jury than the whites, we would have reason to talk about bias in relation to Wilson.
The truth is that out of 53 police officers of African -Americans, there are only four. But the population of the city is almost completely black. The riot participants rob shops and set fire to the restaurants of their fellow tribesmen. This is not a protest against racism. This is a pure criminality.
