The prosecutor's office announced the second case against the human rights activist Bogatyenkova

The Budennovsk Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office of Stavropol reported that the second case was instituted against the chairman of the committee of the soldier’s “Mother of the Zakumya” of the “Mother of the Picking”. It is alleged that it was instructed on October 20, but the relevant information appeared on the website of the regional supervisory authority only on Thursday.

The case was started under part 2 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud with causing significant damage), which provides for up to five years of the colony. The investigation is conducted by the Budennovsky district department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Whether the human rights activist was charged in the new case, the prosecutor's office does not specify.

It is alleged that at the end of November 2012, Bogatyatenova took 100 thousand rubles from a certain citizen H., promising to return this money by December 10 of the same year, and after the appointed deadline, H. said that she did not take her debt.

This case is combined in the same production with the first, opened in part 3 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (large -scale fraud). In the framework of the first case, the human rights activist is charged with that in 2011-2012 she received 800 thousand rubles from a certain citizen, making an obviously impossible promise to make his son re-qualified the prosecution, and later they were completely exempted from criminal liability.

On October 18, the 73-year-old Bogatenkova was detained and spent two days in a cell in the police department. The lawyer was not allowed to contact the human rights activist. On October 20, Bogatenkov was transferred to the Pyatigorsk pre -trial detention center, but the insulator refused to take it, citing the state of health of the detainee. As a result, she was released from custody on a recognizance not to leave .

On October 21, Bogatenkov was hospitalized in the cardiology department of the hospital .

On the day of the detention of a social activist in the office of the "Mother of the Puke", a search was held. Meanwhile, the prosecutor’s office later said that the sane fraud was in no way connected with her work at NGOs.

In August, Bogatenkova transferred to the Presidential Council of Human Rights information about those who died on August 9 and 11, 2014 in the area of ​​the military training ground in the Rostov region nine Russian contractors from the 18th motorized rifle brigade (military unit No. 2777). The Council sent an appeal to the TFR with a request to conduct an audit on the fact of the death of the military. As of the end of October, there was no response to this paper from the investigation department.
