
The Budennovsk Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office of Stavropol reported that the second case was instituted against the chairman of the committee of the soldier’s “Mother of the Zakumya” of the “Mother of the Picking”. The case was started under part 2 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud with causing significant damage), which provides for up to five years of the colony. In August, Bogatenkova transferred to the Presidential Council of Human Rights information about those who died on August 9 and 11, 2014 in the area of the military training ground in the Rostov region nine Russian contractors from the 18th motorized rifle brigade (military unit No. 2777). The Council sent an appeal to the TFR with a request to conduct an audit on the fact of the death of the military.
