
VTB24 in the Novosibirsk Region is the second bank in the region in terms of business. For 10 months of 2014, the VTB24 loan portfolio in the region increased by 26% - to 52 billion rubles. The greatest demand among residents of the region is caused by mortgage programs VTB24 and consumer loans. The volume of issuing a mortgage for 10 months of 2014 amounted to 12 billion rubles. The program of preferential lending to scientists SB RAS is successfully implemented, about 600 people got the opportunity to take a mortgage at a rate below the market. In total, by the end of the year it is planned to issue at least 13.3 billion rubles in the framework of mortgage lending.
Cash loans for 10 months of the current year were issued in the amount of 8 billion rubles. More than 3.5 billion rubles were provided to small and medium -sized businesses in the region as part of close cooperation with the Small and Medium Business Support Fund of the Novosibirsk Region. The predicted total loan of small businesses will reach 7 billion rubles by the end of the year.
