VTB24 increases the regional presence

Over the past three years, VTB24 has significantly strengthened its positions in the Novosibirsk region: the network of branches increased more than doubled, the total loan portfolio increased by 3.5 times, a portfolio of the funds raised - 2.5 times.

VTB24 in the Novosibirsk Region is the second bank in the region in terms of business. For 10 months of 2014, the VTB24 loan portfolio in the region increased by 26% - to 52 billion rubles. More than 47 billion of them falls on lending to individuals. A mortgage of a mortgage bank grew by 41%, by 21% - on credit cards and business lending, by 12% - in cash loans. The portfolio of the funds raised in the region (means of individuals and legal entities) for 10 months increased by 3% - to 18 billion rubles.

The greatest demand among residents of the region is caused by mortgage programs VTB24 and consumer loans. The volume of issuing a mortgage for 10 months of 2014 amounted to 12 billion rubles. The program of preferential lending to scientists SB RAS is successfully implemented, about 600 people got the opportunity to take a mortgage at a rate below the market. In total, by the end of the year it is planned to issue at least 13.3 billion rubles in the framework of mortgage lending.

Cash loans for 10 months of the current year were issued in the amount of 8 billion rubles. More than 3.5 billion rubles were provided to small and medium -sized businesses in the region as part of close cooperation with the Small and Medium Business Support Fund of the Novosibirsk Region. The predicted total loan of small businesses will reach 7 billion rubles by the end of the year.

The Bank of VTB24 loans portfolio in the Novosibirsk Region high -quality, the share of overdue debt 90+ in it is only 2.71% (almost three times lower than in the bank).

Now in the Novosibirsk region there are 28 branches of the bank. Customer services are 347 ATMs of the United Network. The acquiring network has more than 900 devices in the region.
