A year and a half ago, we wrote about two dubious dissertations in biological sciences [1] . And finally the results appeared. According to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 637/nk dated November 13, 2014, the appeal of A.V. Matalina is satisfied and Eleonora Magomedaminovna Gadzhieva is deprived of the academic degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences. And according to letter No. 13-PG-MON-37014 dated November 17, 2014, the application to deprive Alexander Arkadyevich Ivanov of the academic degree of Doctor of Biological Sciences was sent for consideration to the dissertation council D 220.065.01 at the Ulyanovsk Agricultural Academy named after. A.P. Stolypin, in which the defense took place - as follows from the Regulations on the Award of Scientific Degrees (clause 70). TRV will monitor further developments.
