Ian McLag's Small Faces Keads died

On Wednesday, December 3, in the United States, at the age of 69, the English musician Ian Mclard, the Small Faces rock band, also worked with Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Joe Cocker and Bruce Springstin.

Ian McLag was born in 1945, in the mid-1960s he began to play in the Small Faces group, which became one of the leader of the mod movement and one of the most influential psychedelic groups of Great Britain. In 1969, the Small Faces broke up, and McLegan became part of the new group The Faces , whose participants became the clan Stewart and Ron Wood. The Faces lasted until 1975, releasing four studio albums.

In 1978, McLag participated in the recording of the album "Some Girls" Rolling Stones , after which he went with the group to a tour. In 1979, his first solo album was released, “Trublemaker” , the second followed him- “Bump in the Night” (1980). Both albums received favorable reviews of critics, but did not have commercial success.

Since then, MacLag has become a session musician, worked with Joe Cocker, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springstin, The Blokes group and many others.

Since 1993, Maclalan lived in the USA, in the city of Austin (Texas). There he recorded several more solo albums, the last of which, “United States” , was released this year.
