The authorities of the Moscow region decided to bankrupt the SU-155
Glavgosstroynadzor of the Moscow Region filed an application with the Moscow Arbitration Court to declare the development company SU-155 bankrupt due to unpaid administrative fines for 2013-2014. The company's total debt for administrative violations is 24.9 million rubles.
SU-155 stated that the actions of Glavgosstroynadzor contradict the law, since in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 4 of the Law “On Insolvency (Bankruptcy),” fines cannot be the basis for “determining signs of the debtor’s bankruptcy.”
All administrative fines are confirmed by decisions of arbitration courts that have entered into legal force. Based on the decisions regarding JSC SU-155 and its subsidiaries, Glavgosstroynadzor asks the court to declare the company bankrupt and approve a temporary manager.
- On November 27, the Kommersant newspaper reported that the government of the Moscow region accused SU-155 of systematically evading payment of fines and payments for land leases totaling more than 1 billion rubles.
