Norilsk drivers hit an animal running along the tracks on a train, but not to death
In Norilsk, diesel locomotive drivers hit a bear running along the railway tracks, and the video was published on YouTube. The local prosecutor's office began an investigation, but, as it turned out, the animal survived.
In the twenty-second video, the bear can be seen running along the tracks while men sitting in the cabin of the locomotive shout “Push!” The video that most media outlets refer to is probably a copy of the original one - its description says that “tough Russian Railways workers do not spare anyone on their way, not even bears, the creatures.”
According to information, the incident occurred on December 4 at 2 a.m. on non-public roads. The bear hit occurred in the area of the Golikovo post, that is, within the boundaries of Norilsk. On December 5, the transport prosecutor's office of Norilsk began an investigation into the posting of a video about a train hitting an animal on the Internet.
Other copies of the video stated that the driver of the Norilsk Nickel mining and metallurgical company hit the animal.
As the radio station “ Moscow Speaks ” found out, the downed bear remained alive. The head of the press service of Norilsk Nickel, Pyotr Likholitov, told reporters that the animal was simply thrown to the side of the road.
We contacted colleagues in Norilsk. They said the animal was alive. The blade on the locomotive, which is used to clear the tracks of snow, simply threw the bear to the side of the road. Police officers did not find any traces of blood, so, most likely, the animal was not seriously injured.

Likholitov said that the company is also conducting an internal audit. If it turns out that Norilsk Nickel employees are to blame, “the most severe disciplinary measures will be taken against them,” and the actions of the characters in the video “will receive an appropriate assessment from law enforcement agencies.”
I slept, slept, slept! I'm not a bear at all! Oh, how nicehhhhhhhggrl......s...

There is another video from Norilsk with a bear running along the highway. The video was published on YouTube on December 3, and comments suggest that this is the same bear, only before meeting the train.
