In the case of the “Combat Organization of Russian Nationalists” (BORN) in the Moscow Regional Court on December 8, the interrogation of the defendants began. They are accused of the murders of a federal judge, anti -fascists, migrants and immigrants from the Caucasus. All neo -Nazis, except for one, fully admit their guilt. The first interrogated - Mikhail Baklagin - without unnecessary emotions told how he killed the anti -fascist Ilya Japaridze, was an accomplice in the murder of the world in Thai boxing of Muslim Abdullaev, as well as how another anti -fascist Ivan Khutorsky and Judge Eduard Chuvashov (they, according to the investigation, killed a member of the gang Alexei Korshunov, he himself, he himself. subsequently died). The bass did not look like a repentant. He repeated many times that "he embarked on the path that needs to be traveled to the end." The poor quality of the video were viewed, and one of the four defendants Mikhail Baklagin, a 29-year-old lawyer from the Dubna near Moscow, received the right to state in a “free story” about his participation in the “combat organization of Russian nationalists”. In the next two hours, Bablagin will never use the abbreviation BORN, will say almost nothing about the ideological component of committed crimes. But five times he will repeat about the "fulfillment of the duty" and "the path that had to go to the end."

The story of Baklagin turned out to be quite everyday.

In October 2008, Baklagin met with Alexei Korshunov, the most cruel member of the gang created. They were familiar since 2005, then they quarreled and did not talk a couple of years. In 2008, Korshunov began to conduct conversations with Baklagin about what was happening in the country. The fact that "Caucasians rule, and nationalists are in prison." "In this struggle, you can live an ordinary life, with your family, children?" - asked Korshunov Baklagin. He began to hesitate. “I thought about further life,” the defendant said. - Look at France, I do not want to live like there. Gays walk the streets. The football team consists of migrants. They will have caliphate there soon. ”

In December 2008, Korshunov brought Baklagin with Nikita Tikhonov (Medusa talked about his interrogation as part of Bourn). Baklagin, who worked in the tax inspectorate by a lawyer, and subsequently the deputy chief of the legal service of the plant, was heard about Tikhonov, offered to help him with money and asked a lot whether he was already sorry for Tikhonov that was happening to him that he was happening. Only Tikhonov replied that he began to respect himself even more.

“What exactly does not regret? On the murder of [anti -fascist Alexander Ryukhin], of which he has been accused since 2006? " - the judge asked. Baklagin needed a pause. “He did not regret that he was in an illegal position, but did not talk about the murder,” the defendant found the formulation. Tikhonov, he said, went in for sports, read a lot and then tracked some future victims of the Bourn gang.

“In January 2009, a lawyer [Stanislav] Markelov and a journalist [Anastasia] Baburov was killed. I immediately had a suspicion that Tikhonov did it, ”Baklagin continued. - At our next meeting, I directly asked him: “You?” He said not, then I answered him that I still think that he did it. And what if you need support, turn around anyway. ”

In February 2009, Baklagin met with old friends - future defendants Vyacheslav Isaev and Yuri Tikhomirov, as well as two more childhood friends. They were friends from 11-12 years old, went to each other for birthdays, celebrated all the holidays together. Baklagin showed them a photograph of Anti -Fascist Ilya Japaridze received from Tikhonov and said: there is an offer to kill him. Two immediately refused, citing families and children, Tikhomirov agreed, Isaev took a pause, and then also agreed. Nikita Tikhonov offered them to the assistants of Korshunov. “After all, we didn’t even know where to start, and Korshunov immediately prompted: with surveillance,” Baclagine stated quite innocently. In the afternoon, Baklagin went to work - mainly traveled to the courts - and in the evenings he followed the entrance of Japaridze in the house near the Bratislavskaya metro. It quickly became clear that Japaridze had no hard daily routine. “Once he only left the house at all at all,”, judging by the offended intonation, Baklagin is still sure that this is impossible.

The surveillance of Japaridze continued from March to June 2009. The group participants came from Dubna to Moscow every Saturday - on other days they were busy at work - and tried to find the right moment. Isaev was on duty at the entrance and had to report by the radio when Japaridze leaves the house. Baklagin and Tikhomirov were waiting for him on a bench, past which the anti -fascist went to the subway. Tikhomirov was supposed to shoot Japaridze in the head from a traumatic pistol, from which the victim, as they were sure, would lose consciousness. And Baklagin would have finished it with a knife.

On June 27, 2009, Baklagin and Tikhomirov saw that Japaridze was coming towards them. Isaev, who was punishing at the entrance, simply missed him. There were wigs and hats on the killers. They went for Japaridze, ran a run for the last residential building in front of the metro to get ahead of the victim and went to meet him. Tikhomirov fired several times with a pistol, Dzhaparidze did not lose consciousness. “Then I rushed at him and began to beat with a knife. In the chest area, it hit seven times. He resisted as best he could. He grabbed the blade with his hand. Then he had all his arms and legs injured - it wasn’t I who specially wounded him there, he defended himself like that, ”Baklagin said calmly. The gang participants went down to the subway and parted in different directions. “They told Korshunov, he praised us. Korshunov and Tikhonov in general began to relate to us much more confidentially, ”Baklagin crawled out under this part of the story.

“I understood that there was no way back. After that, I had a huge number of thoughts. So I work, at the same time I commit crimes. Most likely, they will find me. But since he got on this path, we must go to the end, ”Baklagin told the court and jurors. In September, he and Isaev (Tikhomirov who did not plead guilty in Baklagin did not appear anymore) again saw himself with Tikhonov and learned from him about the existence of the Black Hawks group. “This is a group of Caucasians, which with the shouts of Allah Akbar attacks the Russians in the subway. Tikhonov asked if we wanted to take part in retaliation. And what, they walked with difficult articles at large, and we already embarked on the path of armed struggle, so we agreed without hesitation. ”

They began to follow a member of the Black Hawks group Rasul Khalilov. Korshunov developed a plan according to which Isaev and Bablagin would take the car from the Caucasian driver, and Korshunov himself would have shot Khalilov from the Suomi machine gun in the gang; And then they would all disappear together on a stolen car. The crime, inspired, seems to be a scene from the film "Brat-2", did not take place, because "plans were outplayed." Khalilov was killed without the participation of Baklagin and Isaev.

In October 2009, Baklagin and Isaev traced the anti-fascist Ivan “Kostolom” by Kostorskoye to Golyanovo. “He was an activist of street antifa, who attacked young and still weak skinheads, cut them,” the farm Bablagin described them. The murder took over Korshunov, surveillance and insurance - Baklagin with Isaev. Then Baklagin last time met with Tikhonov. He advised him to pay attention to the judges who pronounce the convicts (sometimes lifelong) sentences to the nationalists. Tikhonov handed Baklagin and Isaev a revolver, they did not meet anymore. Immediately after the November holidays, Tikhonov and his civil wife Evgeny Hasis were detained, and then sentenced to kill Markelov and Baburova.

Tikhonov, according to his testimony, directed the gang ideologically. However, nothing has changed much with his arrest. The role of the ideologist was taken by Korshunov, who had already almost gone underground, who felt like in the war and always carrying a bag with a change of linen, a gun and a grenade (he, perhaps, was reduced later, escaping from law enforcement agencies to Ukraine). Korshunov, according to Bablagin, suggested approaching the sports club, where only Caucasians are engaged in, and open fire on them. But before that, the Borna participants left for free with Ivan Khutorsky.

“Khutorskaya left the trolleybus and went to the entrance. I, by the radio, told Korshunov, who was in the entrance: “Get ready!” A few minutes later, Korshunov answered the radio “Go away!” I realized by my voice that the crime was committed, ”said Baklagin. Korshunov later told Tikhomirov and Isaev that he went to meet Khutorskoye on the stairs, let him in by mailboxes, and then shot him in the head twice.

The first sports club “For Caucasians” in the area of ​​the Bogorodsky shaft, members of Born rejected after the first inspection on the ground - 50 meters from it was a police department. Then we went to look at the branch at the Science Stadium in the area of ​​the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya metro station. “We studied the ways of departure, but Korshunov disappeared. We then decided not to wait for him and take the initiative for ourselves. On December 24, 2009, in the evening we arrived there. We decided that we would kill any Caucasian. We agreed that Isaev would shoot - he had not pressed the trigger before, ”Bablagin testified.

About eight in the evening he went to the sports complex window and saw that the training in martial arts was over. First, women and children came out of the building. Then two Caucasians came out, stopped and began to talk. Baklagin approached them first - and looked at his faces. “I was convinced that not children, for 25-30 years old, by age, we were suitable,” he explained. Isaev and Baklagin also approached the Caucasians; Two who spoke were silent. Isaev grabbed a sawn -off shotgun, pressed his butt to his shoulder and shot one in his head, he immediately fell. He tried to shoot the second, but only “deaf clicks” were heard - the cut was jammed. Baklagin wanted to pull out the Nagan, but he was stuck in his bag, and he took advantage of the traumatic gun. By this time, the surviving Caucasian took out his gun (also traumatic, as it soon became clear) and, retreating, opened fire, hit Isaev in his leg, and then fled. The gang members also ran away. The world champion Muslim Abdullaev turned out to be killed.

Korshunov disappeared until February 2010, and then showed up with the idea of ​​killing a federal judge. “Isaev and I showed cowardice and refused. Loudly loud came out the goal, ”Baklagin admitted. Then Korshunov asked him to track the judge Eduard Chuvashov. Nationalists hated him for several convictions and for a phrase torn out of context, which was dispersed in the form of an audio file by nationalist forums and sites. The judge allegedly spoke to the defendants sitting on the bench that the Russian mentality has such that they themselves had to be killed (although along with the context the phrase did not sound so tough, and it was generally talking about compatriots who behave disgustingly in foreign resorts). Baklagin compared the time of Chuvashov’s exit from his house with a schedule of his affairs on the website of the Moscow City Court. “Once from eight in the morning he watched his house, at ten o’clock in the morning I went out, took out a bag of garbage, got into his Volkswagen-Passat, old, cheap, and left,” the defendant said with some kind of regret. And in May 2010, Korshunov will again come to him and tells him that he killed according to a regular scheme-he met on the stairs, let him go forward, shot in his head.

Baklagin sat on a bench in the aquarium and was breathing heavily. The remaining three defendants calmly collected their materials, with whom they had to perform on the near future.
