Obviously, due to the not too burdensome pressure of the intellect, the voice prefers to speak with the local people, albeit tongue-tied, but much more frankly, without any of these, you know, bourgeois equivocations. And immediately people feel calm in their souls, because the immediate prospects are clearly understood, they understand where the country is striving and what awaits everyone there, ahead.

Such leaders, I think, should be encouraged in every possible way, expanding their opportunities for communication with the people."
