Organizers of the rally in Kudymkar appealed the actions of the city administration in court

The organizers of a rally in Kudymkar on November 29, dedicated to problems with the provision of medical services in the city and not approved by the city administration, filed an application with the court in which they appeal against the actions of the authorities. As local activist Yana Yanovskaya explained to OVD-Info, they are awaiting court proceedings in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Civil Procedure Code - on proceedings in cases of challenging decisions, actions (inaction) of state authorities, local governments, officials, state and municipal employees . They are also preparing an application to initiate a criminal case under Article 149 (obstruction of a public event using their official position). Meanwhile, on December 12, the administrative case brought against Yanovskaya herself at the end of the rally under Article 20.2 should be considered. On December 16, a similar case against one of the organizers of the rally, Margarita Poluyanova, is to be considered. The case against another organizer, Anastasia Kirpicheva, will be considered in Perm, the date is still unknown, Yanovskaya said.
