The metropolitan businessman Yegor Nemov is contained in a pre-trial detention center-5 in the city of Kashira near Moscow under the name of a citizen of Ukraine Vladimir Gavrilenko, wanted in their homeland for murder, banditry and robbery. This was reported by "Mediazona" with reference to Philip Shishov, lawyer Nemov. Recently, the Domodedovo City Court of the Moscow Region extended Nemov under the name Gavrilenko for another six months to consider the request of Ukraine on extradition.
Nemov was detained by the FSB in July 2013 and accused of illegally obtaining a passport. The businessman himself explained his persecution with the desire to eliminate him from participating in the tender for the improvement of the Central District of Moscow. The case was investigated against Nemov, but in December 2013, after the end of the investigation, the businessman announced that in reality he is not the one for whom he was given himself, but Gavrilenko.
In support of such a statement, the FSB expert Steppko referred to a comparison of photographs in the passport of a businessman and orientation on the criminal. After that, under the name Gavrilenko, Nemov was convicted of the Domodedovo City Court for illegally crossing the border.
Meanwhile, the defense of the businessman ordered four examinations, one of which was carried out by a specialist in the Center for Forensic Medical and Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Defense. No study discovered the similarity between Nemov and Gavrilenko.
The defense also interviewed the sister of Gavrilenko and three of his friends living in Ukraine. None of the four identified in the Moscow businessman Gavrilenko. The FSB opposed this only the testimony of the witness of Kindruk, who announced the similarity of Nemov with the Ukrainian criminal.
Comparing the anthropometric data of two men, the defense found out that Nemes are 7 centimeters higher than Gavrilenko, but at the same time she wears shoes by 2 sizes less. In addition, a comparative analysis of the DNA of a businessman and Vladislav Gavrilenko, the son of a criminal, was carried out. As it turned out, the DNA of one and the other do not coincide.
The former wife of Gavrilenko arrived at the appeal in the case of the convicted person in the Moscow Regional Council. Nevertheless, the court refused to interrogate it.
In the pre -trial detention center, he does not receive letters or programs, since the administration of the pre -trial detention center refuses to accept correspondence and parcels in his name, and the arrested refuses to receive them in the name of Gavrilenko.
