Mokhnatkin taken into custody

Sergei Mokhnatkin arrived at the Tverskoy Court, where a few hours earlier he had been sentenced to four and a half years in a strict regime colony. Immediately upon arrival, he was taken into custody, reports Ekho Moskvy . Mokhnatkin previously told a radio station correspondent that he was not present at the verdict, because he had not been sent a summons in advance, and he did not know when the announcement would take place.

The court found Mokhnatkin guilty of using violence against police officers on December 31, 2013 on Triumfalnaya Square.
