For several days, the St. Petersburg police have been carrying out activities to identify and detain participants in the “Free Swimming and Burial of the Ruble” action, which took place on December 6. this on his Facebook page reports Human rights activist Dinar Idrisov . So, on December 10, three people were detained in different parts of the city, including Maria Dubkova, who was standing in a solo picket on Nevsky Prospekt in defense of human rights. As Idrisov writes, the activists are taken to the 78th police department, where they are asked to confirm that they are the ones depicted in the photographs from the action. After that, they are drawn up according to Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

The action was carried out by the movement "Spring". It consisted in the passage of the funeral procession from the Gostiny Dvor to the Trinity Bridge and the immersion of the coffin with the ruble into the water. Some of the pallbearers were wearing masks with portraits of representatives of the highest echelon of Russian power.
