Those detained in Ryazan were released

All detainees in Ryazan near Victory Square were released from the Zheleznodorozhny District Department of Internal Affairs without drawing up protocols. According to OVD-Info, they tried to take fingerprints from the detainees, but they refused. They did not ask for explanations.
