On Monday, the Ministry of Emergencies announced the beginning of the formation of a new motorcade with "humanitarian aid" for Donbass. 40 trucks went from the Moscow Region to the Rostov region. "Cars with humanitarian goods from Astrakhan, Tagar, Taganrog, Krasnodar, Voronezh and other regions are also being sent to the Rostov region," said the representative of the Ministry of Emergencies.

The representative of the information and analytical center of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andrei Lysenko noted that the Russian official applications for the direction of Gumkkonvoy were not received to Kyiv. The fourth and fifth humanitarian columns delivered the cargo to Donetsk and Lugansk on October 31 and November 2, respectively. The sixth humanitarian convoy went to the Donbass on November 4, the seventh - November 16.
