
Five militants were killed during a special operation in the Dagestan village of Gurbuki, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the National Anti -Terrorism Committee (NAC). Representatives of law enforcement agencies were able to convince the militants to release hostages - several women and children. They themselves refused to lay down their weapons and surrender, after which they were killed. The special operation continues.
As specified in the committee, there are no injured among the civilian population and losses among law enforcement officers.
