However, at that time, another man entered the entrance and stood up for Grigoriev, after which the attackers disappeared.

Out of habit, these bandits wanted to buy everyone, but since the head of the council refused, they only appointed a new head of the police department, and the city decided to demolish everything illegal, they managed to cover up the illegal business. Unfortunately, prefect Vladimir Zotov has long been aware of all these problems and has always turned a blind eye to them. Apparently, Zotov even now wants to close his eyes to the egregious case of beating the head of the council of the capital of Russia.
