A member of the Political Committee of Yabloko said that Russia is in a severe crisis associated with the collapse of the oil economy, the annexation of Crimea and the war in the east of Ukraine:

- The country approached the critical line. I need important political decisions, quick and iconic changes. We need a change of government. Total or economic bloc? This is the second question. An important signal to the country would be the appointment of a person who can stop lying and will take decisive measures. Such a person is Alexei Kudrin , ”says Grigory Yavlinsky. - This is an experienced person, a professional economist, he will cope with this task. Kudrin is not a political ally of Yabloko, but will be able to solve the problems that can be solved in such circumstances.

"Yabloko" already in 1998 made a similar offer. And it was correct, Yavlinsky reminded of the appointment of Prime Minister Evgeny Primakov:

- The Foreign Ministry must stop working as the Ministry of Propaganda and Agitation, it is impossible to listen to anecdotal ridiculous statements about anything. For at least six months, a moratorium on the stupid statements of the deputies of the State Duma and the Federation Council, which discredit parliamentarism, is needed to show, there is only one person in the country who controls everyone, ”Yavlinsky added.

- The problem for Russia is the president. Change is impossible under the president who created this system and developed a obscurantist course. Putin hates freedom sincerely and all his life, so he was brought up in the KGB. Not about the resignation of the government should be talked. From Kudrin, instead of Medvedev, it would be more to use, but I'm not sure that under the current president they will let Kudrin do what is needed. In his report, Grigory Yavlinsky revealed the roots of the most severe economic crisis, which began before the capture of Crimea, but was aggravated by the erroneous political decisions of the Kremlin:

Now in 2015, Russia will have zero economic growth, official inflation of 10%, the real income increase will be zero, the outflow of capital is 130 billion dollars, 20% - a decrease in foreign exchange reserves. This is what games in geopolitics in the economic system that did not stand on its feet mean, Yavlinsky concludes. - In the budget, 300 billion expenses for Crimea are planned, in fact they will be many times more. We need expenses for what is happening in the east of Ukraine, and there are millions of people who were plunged into adventure. In the Donbass, life support systems were destroyed. And if someone thinks that it is possible, as with the Olympics, to entrust the restoration of the region of the oligarchs-he should know: it will not work, there is nowhere to take loans.

What is the main cause of the crisis? Changing for three years of political course. Replacing the historically determined movement of Russia to Europe on the Eurasian development model. The point is that in order to maintain power, there is a rejection of political competition, mechanisms for changing the authorities, the separation of powers, the independence of the court, the inviolability of private property, the principle: the law is the same for everyone, Yavlinsky pointed out. Also, in his opinion, there was a refusal to comply with international treaties, and the policy of dragging Ukraine into the Eurasian model led to a conflict.

- We witnesses a serious political mistake. This is a reassessment of the influence of the “real policy”, the belief that money is solved by all issues, that the interest of world business in trade with Russia will be stronger than the rejection of its actions, ”Yavlinsky is sure.

The chairman of the Yabloko party , Sergei Mitrokhin, said that after the annexation of Crimea it became clear: who is power and who is the opposition. Consolidation occurred: the configuration of the "party of power" coincides with the composition of the State Duma. According to Mitrokhin, the main political force that opposed the new agenda of the "four -headed party in power" - the Yabloko party:

“None of the other opposition forces acted so consistently and systemically on the most acute and painful issues,” Sergey Mitrokhin praised himself. - Previously, there was a question about the attitude to Putin's personality. When the story happened with the Crimea and the war in the east of Ukraine, some oppositionists fell in love with Putin. We reacted to these events promptly. What are the results for the year? We see the fall of the ruble course, the country actually participates in the war, victims appeared. A significant part of the citizens is sure that the whole Crimea has received. We are talking about annexation, and not about the accession of Crimea, since no one in the world of "joining" recognizes. In the case of Crimea, it is necessary to say “illegitimate connection,” Mitrokhin explains.

- The economic crisis is a momentary consequence, and what will happen ahead if we persist and solve the problem? - notes Sergey Mitrokhin. - Russia is a complex state that has survived the parade of sovereignty, there are territorial claims to it, and the Crimean precedent can be used against it. Nearby was a friendly state of the fraternal people, and now they have received a country nearby nearby, because Ukraine will not reconcile with annexation. So this year they created an enemy with their own hands.

Mitrokhin offers a way out of the "situation" with the Crimea and to the east of Ukraine.

- From the point of view of superficial people, we just want to return Crimea to Ukraine. The decision is simply taken and returned - populist, incorrect, it will entail a civil war in the Crimea. It is necessary to hold a referendum humanly, and not as it was: without free media, without observers, without recognition by Ukraine. Conducting a civilized legitimate referendum is a difficult task. Ukraine must agree with this.

Grigory Yavlinsky offers to hold an international conference on Crimea:

- Russia must be said clearly: “Crimea is not ours”, so that our relationship does not always accompany the problem of unrecognized boundaries. And the International Conference will answer the question of how to hold a referendum at the same level by Ukrainian laws as in Scotland. Next should be sought by complex solutions. Petersburg publicist Boris Vishnevsky advocates the unconditional return of Crimea to Ukraine:

The liberal approach should be in both cases: return the annexed. And it is not yet necessary to hide: the war in Ukraine is a Putin regime reaction to the Ukrainian anti -Criminal revolution. Sergei Mitrokhin noted that in the east of Ukraine, Russia is waging an undeclared war: the investigations of Leo Schlosberg show that there are facts indicating the presence of "unidentified" Russian troops in the Donbass. "Yabloko" turns to the military prosecutor's office on the facts of the death of Russian military personnel in Ukraine.

- It is necessary to insist in direct negotiations of the presidents of Putin and Poroshenko. The base of the negotiations is the Minsk agreements. The task is to implement the item that has already been agreed in Minsk: the withdrawal of all illegal and foreign formations, militants and mercenaries from the territory of Ukraine. We need to execute this item. Ensure guarantees of the safety of the population, promote international control, close the border and create a security belt, ”emphasizes Grigory Yavlinsky.

Yavlinsky also offers an economic settlement of relations with Ukraine. To agree that the payment of European gas exports takes place on the border of Russia and Ukraine. In his opinion, Ukraine’s entry into an association with the European Union is not an obstacle to its free trade with Russia.

- The crisis economy of Russia would need to pursue a friendly policy for business. There is none of this. The conflict with Europe and with Ukraine reliably recorded the crisis, the economy approached the state of the recession. We entered the inflationary-decisive spiral. The forecast is unfavorable. The fundamental decision: the general goal of Russia and Ukraine - their movement in the future along the European path - will we come to this future either through a very large systemic crisis, or under favorable circumstances as a result of the following elections, ”says Grigory Yavlinsky. - In the meantime, there are two main threats: war and collapse of the economy. The first problem is sanctions. To remove this pressure, you need to end the war. We need political will.

According to Yavlinsky, Russia must change its position on a number of world problems. For example, Russia can support the world community in terms of the fight against the Islamic State. We need a dialogue with the EU and the USA instead of isolation of Russia.

- Twice in the 20th century, Russia fell apart, burned to the ground. The processes that go now lead the country there. No one wants a big war, but in such conditions it can happen. We cannot live in the New World according to the standards of closed autocracy, as a separate Moscow kingdom, which is looking for allies in the depths of Southeast Asia! - warns Grigory Yavlinsky.

One of the most popular new Yabloko leaders, deputy of the Pskov Regional Duma, Lev Schlosberg does not see a good exit from the Crimean trap.

- Lev Markovich, how do you look at the discussion that has unfolded now in the "apple"? There is a minority, I believe that nevertheless "our Crimea", "reality must be recognized." Others say that it must be returned immediately and without conditions. And others offer a centrist line: it is not ours, but do not rush, etc. Is this a golden mean?

- Vladimir Putin brought our society to such a state where, on just one issue, not just in society there is no consensus, but people split into parts, and are not ready to conduct a dialogue even with each other. That split within Russian society, which occurred in connection with the aggravation of relations with Ukraine and the seizure of Crimea, is one of the most dangerous and sad things that Putin committed against the Russian people committed.

I think that as no one was seriously ready for events in Crimea as they developed this year, so now no one has an understandable, obvious and transparent road map of actions after what happened. It is impossible not to discuss this, because the direct causal relationship between events in the Crimea and the followed catastrophe of the Russian economy and, in my opinion, the depreciation of Russia as a state is not in a material sense, but as a member of the international community-this causal relationship is obvious. Therefore, it is impossible not to return to the root cause, although many people do not see the connection between events in the Crimea and what is now happening with the Russian economy. This is sad, but state propaganda brought Russian society to the point that obvious causal relations are not visible. In my opinion, in connection with the events in Crimea, to Russia as a state, not today, this minute, but in general, a task has arisen that does not have a good solution. I don't see him. If you follow formally the norms of international law, the Crimea must be returned to Ukraine without any conditions and at the same time, indemnities have been paid. If you look at the situation from the point of view of attempts to find consensus in Russian society, then you need to look for only such a way out that Russian society will accept. In addition, there are those people who psychologically remain people not just Soviet, but imperial people. There are more imperial people in Russia than Soviet people. Their story with the Crimea not only did not hurt, but, I would say, I was very pleased, because it answers them with a look.

“But the Crimea is not enough for them.” They need Donbass, Ukraine ...

- They have few of all, and then Finland, Poland and everything you want. To do this, just look at the map of the Russian Empire 100 years ago. I think that the issue of Ukraine and Crimea is a question for the next president of Russia. Under Putin, this is an insoluble problem. In any way, he will not allow a discussion of the situation with the Crimea, even if he sets the task to somehow legitimize the events. But the next president of Russia will not know who. Events in our country are developing so that the next president of Russia after Putin can become a person worse than Putin. Today, there are all social conditions for this. Unfortunately, next to Putin there is no such person who could tell him the truth. He, one way or another, removed these people from himself in one way or another.

No one can say now, if I were the president of Russia, I would have done this and that, because even for a legal position to give Crimea immediately and there is no legal road map. It is absent. It is not prescribed by specialists. Because, as many people correctly note, there is no mechanism for canceling a decision on a change in the Constitution of Russia. He is not. This is a new amendments to the Constitution of Russia - the seizure of Crimea and Sevastopol from among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. There are no legal mechanisms to dismantle Russian state authorities, constituent entities of the Russian Federation and federal representations of state authorities in Crimea and Sevastopol.

Russia set a new task for the world, but it set itself the task itself, any attempts to solve which contain very high risks. In my opinion, Russia is confused for its movement. If Russia wants to be a country that everyone is afraid and respected, because they are afraid, is one goal. If Russia wants to create civilized living conditions for people in Russia, to do everything to return to Russia those people who from here have fled from abnormal living conditions, this is another goal. And these two goals are incompatible. Here Putin chose the first. By and large, Putin will suit Putin if 20 million people remain in Russia who will serve the pipe. But the pipe stopped giving those income that allowed to stay in power.

If you look from a chess point of view, Russia as a state, led by Putin, is in the Tsutsvang situation. Any next move worsens the situation. In this situation, take on correcting the situation in Russia - this should be a person of extreme confidence in his innocence. He must solve the problem of Russia's return to the European civilizational channel, and at the same time not to lose the people.

- Is it all possible?

- I think everything is possible. There are no impossible tasks in history. There are no impossible tasks in history. You can do anything. But in Russia today the ruling class is so demoralized, so these people have lost their own ability to think, reflection, their own decisions and adoption of personal responsibility that in fact we have the task of restoring Russian statehood on civilized values. That's what the story with the Crimea led to.

We are now observing the final period of the collapse of the Soviet Union. He did not break up in 1991. He is now breaking up. And what will happen to his fragments, as it will affect the situation within the Russian Federation, today it is impossible to predict. It is only clear that all these problems that were not resolved 25 years ago, they overtook us today. It was precisely their unresolved 25 years ago that led to today's situation, including the problem of Crimea, because its Russia undertook to solve, and the problem of relations with the whole outside world.

- And the option is a solution to the Donbass War, by its termination - is it possible within the framework of this Putin, this system?

- When Putin's money ends, he will be forced to withdraw troops from Donbass, because otherwise they will rebel if they stop paying money. That's all. История не будет спрашивать Путина. Просто когда закончатся деньги в российской экономике поддерживать войну, армия перестанет воевать. Это и будет ответ истории, - подчеркивает Лев Шлосберг .

... На Федеральном совете прозвучало и мнение меньшинства: партия не слышит гласа большинства народа, надо признать "реалии". Член ЦИКа и политкомитета партии Елена Дубровина требовала на выборах не педалировать тему Крыма, который, по ее мнению, конституционно стал частью России. Отмечено было отсутствие в зале посла Владимира Лукина, академика Алексея Арбатова, главы ФАС Игоря Артемьева.

Но председатель партии Сергей Митрохин не считает, что антивоенная позиция "Яблока" отнимает у нее избирателей:

– На выборах в Мосгордуму мы не пытались скрывать и утаивать свое неприятие аннексии Крыма, в среднем по Москве получали от 12 до 30% голосов, хорошие результаты были в Королеве, Жуковском. Нам надо ставить вопрос о победе на выборах в Государственную Думу 2016 года. Это единственная площадка, где мы легитимно можем бороться за власть.

Лидер карельского "Яблока" Василий Попов напомнил, что партия прошла в Законодательное собрание региона, смогла провести своего кандидата Галину Ширшину на пост мэра Петрозаводска. Но теперь ее активисты подвергаются давлению полиции и ФСБ, уже возбудивших под надуманными предлогами пять уголовных день. Причем в одном из них попытка пресечь многократное голосование ("карусель") объявляется гэбистами препятствием волеизъявлению граждан.

– Кризис может перейти в политический, но режим готов к нему лучше, чем царь, КПСС или Янукович: загипнотизировал часть общества, подготовил силовые структуры. В этой ситуации нам не надо "удальцовщины" и "революционной романтики" в рядах оппозиции! – открестился от радикалов Сергей Митрохин. – Мы объявляем, что готовы создавать коалицию всех либеральных демократических европейских сил страны. За исключением тех, которые заражены вирусом радикализма, национализма всех мастей, и тех, кто готов проводить политику олигархов.

Надо задавать вопрос не с кем валить власть, а с кем строить новую демократическую Россию! – так определил коалиционную политику Сергей Митрохин, в общем, подтвердив прежнюю линию партии "Яблоко".
