The tenth "humanitarian convoy" is being formed

The Russian Emergencies Ministry began the formation of the tenth convoys with "humanitarian aid" for the Donbass. This was reported by TASS with reference to the official representative of the department Alexander Drobyshevsky.

"The Ministry of Emergency Situations began to form a tenth column for the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. From the Ural, Volga, North-West, Southern and Central Regions, the shipment of cars with humanitarian goods to the Rostov region began, where the column will be formed," Drobyshevsky said. "The column will be formed in the coming days and will be sent as well as the following days readiness ".

On December 12, cars of the ninth Russian "humanitarian convoy" crossed the border of Ukraine at the checkpoints "Matveev Kurgan" and "Donetsk". "At two checkpoints, there are Ukrainian border guards and customs officers, as well as representatives of the OSCE mission," the Ministry of Emergencies noted. Over 800 tons of cargo were delivered to Lugansk and more than 400 tons to Donetsk.

On November 30 , the eighth column with "humanitarian aid" arrived in the Donbass . Over 40 cars arrived in Donetsk and more than 60 in Lugansk. Ukrainian border guards did not participate in the verification of goods.

The representative of the information and analytical center of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andrei Lysenko noted that the Russian official applications for the direction of Gumkkonvoy were not received to Kyiv. "All these" humanitarian convoys " - they are only the support of armed people," the official said. "Mostly ammunition, some dry rations, weapons and fuel are transmitted."

On November 18, the head of the SBU Valentin Nalivaichenko made a similar statement. “In the so -called humanitarian convoys, fuel for tanks, armored personnel carriers, heavy equipment was imported, cartridges were imported directly,” he said. “The last two convoys brought special equipment for the so -called training centers directly on our territory. This is the target and all that they consider necessary for themselves.”

The first motorcade delivered goods to the Donbass on August 22, the second - September 13, and the third - September 20. The fourth and fifth humanitarian columns delivered the cargo to Donetsk and Lugansk on October 31 and November 2, respectively. The sixth humanitarian convoy went to the Donbass on November 4, the seventh - November 16.
