Absolutely all locals are afraid to get here: from an action movie to the "Minister of the DPR"
There is no such person living in the territory controlled by the “DPR” and “LPR” who would not know the second, specific meaning of the word “pit”. This is the name of the prison and torture cameras, into which separatists can send any not liked person.
"On the pits" are kept not only by prisoners of war. A large number of peaceful local residents passed through them, it is not without reason that it is customary to call such places "Gestapo" here. They are in any occupied city. In Donetsk, the "pit" are in the building of the regional SBU, in the hotels "Motel" and "Liverpool", earlier, they say, they were even in the building of the regional state administration, and now in the pre -trial detention center. In general, if in any city -controlled city, you see the SBU building or other law enforcement agencies, most likely the Gestapo is located there.
You can get to the pit for anything. From suspicion of the assistance of the ATO to a barely noticeable fumes after the drunk bottle of beer. There were cases when "on the pit" fell on the complaint of neighbors against supposedly noisy behavior. Before the arrest, no one understands the situation on the spot. If you complained of you, you will be “taken away”, and only then, at best, they will understand.
There were also cases when the separatists took a car from a local resident at a checkpoint, and when he tried to say something, they took off his own car in the trunk. Finally, if you are at least a slightly wealthy person, you can be taken to the pit for the sake of a ransom that relatives will have to bring.
Separatists wanted to spit on the presumption of innocence, Code of Criminal Procedure, Civil Code
The mayors of almost all the occupied cities, who did not manage to go to free territory, passed through the “pit”. There were cases when former law enforcement officers who switched to the service of separatists were handed over to the Yama, for example, if a person had previously tried to seek the police to comply with his rights. Let me remind you that Donetsk is a city in which, for example, not so long ago (though even in Ukraine), in one of the ROVD, a man for drinking beer on the street was raped with a rubber club. And, of course, a violation of the commandant’s office is an iron occasion to get to the hole.
What happens to the detainees? First of all, it is important to understand that the separatists wanted to spit on the presumption of innocence, the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Civil Code, etc. You will not have the opportunity to use the services of a lawyer, refer to laws. Before you are armed people who hate you already for the fact that you may not evaluate reality as they are.
Most “lucky” to those who fall for minor misconduct and in whose actions “politicians” are not seen. Such people, as a rule, are involved in forced heavy physical work on digging trenches or arranging dugouts. So, the barely noticeable smell from the drunk beer cost 16 days of hard labor.
It is much worse if you are a "dill", that is, a supporter of the unity of Ukraine. In this case, torture will be applied to you and can be killed. From you - certainly under torture - will be required to admit that you are related to the "right sector", gunner or adjustor of artillery fire (for this - execution without conversations). On the one hand, to withstand torture is almost impossible. On the other hand, recognition means certain death.
There is a known case when young spouses from Donetsk were tortured to Gestapo for 6 days only for their house (!) The flag of Ukraine was stored. Only the exchange of prisoners saved this pair. But the deputy of the Gorlovsky City Council Vladimir Fisherman failed to escape. For the fact that he removed the tricolor from the flagpole, he was brutally tortured and killed.
One of the sophisticated torture is the conclusion to the execution, after which they shoot past, leaving the detainee alive. One can imagine what a person who is announced that he is being taken for execution, then they really lead, put him, depart, aim, shoot, shoot ... And only then you understand that you still decided to kill you this time. This, by the way, does not mean that the decision to leave you alive is final. It just happened this time.
By the way, those who are actually taken to execution and shoot, are before this in the cell with the "ordinary" detainees who have the misfortune to observe how the cellmate is taken away forever ...
Here, not everyone understands that all these "DPR/LPR" is one continuous pit of lawlessness, lawlessness, wildness and complete poverty
In conclusion, a few words about how those who depend on the fate of a person "on the pit" behave. The Donbasses divide the "Gestapo workers" into three categories. The most cruel and "frostbitten" are Don Cossacks. There is nothing worse than getting "on a hole" to them. They do not have any moral restrictions on what physical influences are acceptable and which are not. The level of sadism is just running in. Following them in the ranking are local separatists from the so -called militia. They are generally a little more humane, but not much. If you are a local and do not support the separatist regime, you are an even greater enemy for them than the "Clothes". And, in third place, - military personnel of Russia (except for special services). Usually, soldiers and officers of the Russian army do not participate in torture, and sometimes take part only in the detention and escort of the detainees. While you are in their hands, especially nothing terrible is threatened. But the problem is that they deliver you as a result "to the hole", and there are either local, or the Cossacks lead their "conversation" with you. How, for example, it happened with journalist Yegor Vorobyov.
"Pit" is a place where absolutely all local residents are afraid to get to, and no one is safe from this. So, several so -called "DPR ministers" and the militants themselves (for example, "Abwehr", or lower ones) were subjected to arrests.
Unfortunately, here not everyone here understands that all these “DPR/LPR” are one continuous pit of lawlessness, lawlessness, wildness and complete poverty. True, many people seek over time and begin to understand that the sooner the Ukrainian authorities return here, the faster we will be able to crawl out of this huge pit together. There are more and more such people.
