Kadyrov decided to abandon Chechnya for the sake of Donbass

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced that he was ready to leave his post in order to “fight the shaitans” in the Donbass. He said this in an interview with the NTV television company. The full version of the interview will be aired on December 16 at 19:45 Moscow time.

“I intend to ask the president to release me from this position, so to speak, in order to go to the Donbass, to protect the interests of precisely those citizens who are fighting there today. To catch and destroy just such as these shaitans, because they have no honor and conscience.”

• On December 5, some deputies of the Verkhovna Rada supported the actions of the militants, and one deputy shot a photograph of the head of Chechnya. In response, Kadyrov said that the deputies needed to be detained and taken to Grozny.
• On December 6, the Security Service of Ukraine opened a criminal case against Kadyrov on the fact of "terrorist threats against people's deputies of Ukraine."
