The Onexim Group of Mikhail Prokhorov assigned the rights of claim on the loan of the owner of the Svyaznoy Group of Companies Maxim Nogotkov to the Solvers group of Oleg Malis. This was announced by the CEO of Onexim Dmitry Razumov.
According to him, the main task of Onexim was to ensure the return of the loan issued to Nogotkov, while maintaining the stability of the Svyaznoy company. The transfer of rights to the Solvers loan, Razumov emphasized, allows this task to be completed.
“We initially proceeded from the fact that our main task is to ensure the return of the loan we issued to Nogotkov while maintaining the stability of the business of Svyaznoy Group of Companies. We are glad that we managed not only to solve our problems, but also to involve the Solvers group in this situation, ”said the CEO of Onexim.
