Alfa-Bank demanded that the Federal Air Transport Agency, Rostransnadzor and the State Corporation for the Organization of the Air Movement stop flights of the UTAIR airline. This was reported by TASS with reference to unnamed sources, familiar with the claims of the bank.

“We are talking about the bank’s requirements to comply with the court on interim measures, in particular, stop the air navigation service of the UTAIR aircraft, which will be tantamount to stopping the airline flight,” said the interlocutor of the news agency.

The carrier’s press service reported that they do not yet know about the new requirements of Alfa Bank. Utair emphasized that the Khanty-Mansi Arbitration Court previously forbade the bailiffs to stop the operation of aircraft aircraft.
