His voice is barely audible - he constantly gets down and falls silent. “Nikita suggested punishing Filatov,” says the nationalist, “to beat, thereby avenge and intimidate, so that he would continue to think about his health, but not to spoil the alien, but there was no question of murder.” However, the defendant came to the house of the deceased already with a knife.

According to Mikhail Volkov, the knife was brought by Tikhonov, who had previously stated that he was going to kill the anti -racist during the process. “I came with my bare hands, but Nikita explained that Filatov would probably be armed - it sounded convincing,” the defendant continues barely audibly, whose microphone also constantly turns off.

Volkov says that he was waiting for the victim at the house for 30-60 minutes, an interesting detail-the defendant had previously lived in the entrance next door for several years. Seeing Rasul's street, the nationalist decided to attack: “I fired two shots, he ran past me, I then fired two more shots in the back,” the defendant says dryly the details of the murder.

In the footsteps of dissidents

During the interrogation of wolves, he speaks uncertainly, with reservations - the speech is full of “completely”, “probably”, “probably”. Self -identification problems

For all the time, Volkov never called the murdered filatov an anti-fascist, a member of the group of anti-htirasists called Moscow Trojan Skinheads. It was they who at the end of the zero were the main opponents of neo -Nazis on the streets of Moscow. Volkov also refused his own identification, despite participation in the pogrom of the Tsaritsino market and membership in the group "United Brigades-88". 88 is the number of commandments compiled by the American racist David Lane.

In 2010, Goryachev acted as a witness in the case of the murder of Markelov, and then left for Serbia. From there, the nationalist sent a notarized rejection of his testimony to the court - followed by another letter with the rejection of the last application. In the new document, the nationalist said that he refused the first testimonies due to threats from comrades Tikhonov-now Goryachev was waiting for the court, approximately in the middle of next year.

Goryachev claims that Filatov and Japaridze learned about the murder of the anti -racists exclusively from the media, he did not participate in power actions, he heard the phrase from investigators, did not transmit discs with addresses. After the accusations from Tikhonov and Hasis on the financing of nationalist projects by the Kremlin, Goryachev was a long -awaited witness, but he tried to answer all questions with general phrases and managed in just 20 minutes. The judge removed the question about the coordinator of the Local project Leonid Simunin, whom Evgenia Hasis called the presidential administration as an employee of the presidential administration, responsible for control over legal nationalists.
