Olga Solomin, member of the Russian RAS, deputy. Director of the Institute of Geography of the Russian Academy of Sciences:
I want to congratulate everyone on the upcoming holiday and share a conceptual New Year's poem, the genre of which is defined as a “pie”. If you still do not know such a genre, then type “pies”, “feather” or “piracy” in “Google”, and you will fall out a huge number of funny poems. This is a lovely Russian invention, Russian hockey. The genre appeared ten years ago. Four lines poems written by a four -foot iamb, without rhyme, without punctuation marks and capital letters, necessarily with a paradoxical end. My favorite at this moment sounds like this:
Oksana does not have time to live
Since there is a lot of things
which finally finished
And then live.
In my opinion, it is thinly noticed. Funny holidays!
Vladimir Plungyan, member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor, head. Department of the Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences and department of the Institute of the Russian Language. V.V. Vinogradova RAS:
If you like the macabar poems that Russian poets wrote during the years of the revolution and the Civil War, and then in exile, I advise you to re -read the poem by Mikhail Kuzmin, consonant with our time:
December freezes in the sky pink,
The unheated house is gloomy.
And we, like Menshikov in Berezovo,
We read the Bible and wait.
And we are waiting for what? Is it known by yourself?
What a saving hand?
Swelling fingers cracked
And the shoes fell apart.
No one talks about Wrangel
Dumb days flow.
On the golden archangel
Only the lights are sweet.
We went to us strong patience
And a meek spirit, and a slight dream,
And cute books Holy reading,
And a constant sky! <...>
