"Parkman" Konstantin Altukhov was sentenced to five days of administrative arrest under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal request of the police officer). It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Moscow.

Altukhov was detained after he got into a picket on Wednesday at the capital's OP "Tsaritsyno", chained himself both to the fence of the department and to the poster . Thus, he decided to protest against the actions of the police and the district council.

According to Altukhov, the four truck belonging to him and his mother were illegally arrested and sold in one of the criminal cases. The initiator of the case, claims Parkman, was the then head of the Tsaritsyno Department of Internal Affairs, Major Denis Evsyukov.

While the police tried to unhook Altukhov from the fence, the workers painted over his poster. It was written on it: "The Office and the werewolves-Evsukovites abducted my property."

"I began to fight with Denis Evsyukov in January 2009. Everything took place under his patronage, under his protection. The only thing I could achieve in this struggle was that three weeks before Major Evsyukov was a performance. They had to drive him out according to the law and made an idea. Two performances from the Ministry of Internal Affairs - and I got it only," I achieved only one. Altukhov.

On the night of April 27, 2009, Evsyukov, being drunk, arranged shooting in the Ostrov supermarket in the south of Moscow. He killed the driver of Sergei Evteev and the cashier of the supermarket Elmir Turdaev, and also tried to shoot another 22 people.

On February 19, 2010, the Moscow City Court found Evsyukov guilty of 2 murders and 22 attempts to murder, an encroachment on the life of law enforcement officials and the illegal turnover of weapons. Hewas sentenced to life imprisonment .

On October 15, Altukhov parked his Mazda pickup on Profsoyuznaya Street with violation of the rules of the road. Seeing that the car was lifted to the tow truck for transportation to the parking lot, he caught up with the tow truck 200 meters after the start of movement and locked himself in a car standing on the platform. The GKU "Administrator of the Moscow Parking Space" explained that safety regulations prohibit evacuating cars with people, and the driver of the tow truck was forced to stop immediately. Altukhov sat in his car at about 22 hours , refusing to leave it until the car was lowered from the tow truck the day after long negotiations. After that, the driver left.
