Tverskoy District Court issues arrests to activists who blocked Tverskaya

At the moment, two court decisions are known: Maria Goncharova was sentenced to 5 days of arrest, and Danila Boyarkov - 8. Both activists were charged with disobedience to the legal request of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code) when detained on Tverskaya Street on December 26.

In addition, an administrative protocol was drawn up right in court against the lawyer of the YURIX Association, Maxim Krupsky, who refused to present documents to the policeman and bailiff, who did not justify their demands in any way. The protocol was drawn up under Article 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (failure to comply with a bailiff’s order). Krupsky has still not been allowed to see his clients.
