The police, who disrupted the screening of the film “Stronger Than Guns” about the events on the Maidan at Teatr.Doc on December 30, conducted a search in the theater. Artistic director Mikhail Ugarov said that everything in the building was destroyed and the theater needed lawyers. In addition, according to Ugarov, the police seized “the instruments of crime - a projector, a computer and a screen.”
Director of Teatra.Doc Elena Gremina wrote on her Facebook page that the theater is being checked for extremism and director Vsevolod Lisovsky urgently needs a lawyer.
The OVD-Info website reports that police detained three people at Teatr.Doc - Vsevolod Lisovsky, playwright Maxim Kurochkin and technical director of the theater Stanislav Gubin.

- The film screening was disrupted by police who announced an evacuation due to a bomb allegedly planted in the building. Residents of the building in which Teatr.Doc is located were also asked to leave the building. At the same time, according to Elena Gremina, at that time employees of the control department of the Ministry of Culture were watching a Ukrainian film in the theater.
- Film director Oleg Sentsov was detained in May 2014 in Simferopol and taken to Moscow. He is accused of organizing terrorist attacks in Crimea on instructions from the Right Sector. - December 30 is the last working day of Teatr.Doc in the building on Trekhprudny Lane. Since the Moscow authorities terminated the lease agreements with the theater, Teatr.Doc was forced to look for new premises.
