The Tver Court arrested civil activists of Mikhail Kriger and Roman Nevchinsky for 15 days for participating in the Promotion on Manezhnaya. According to the ATS-Info, they are found guilty under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the police requirement).

The remaining trials are scheduled for January 12. By the middle of the day on December 31, all activists remaining in the police department were released.

On Wednesday morning, the police detained 18 activists who spent the night in a giant Christmas ball on Manezhnaya. Among them, human rights activist Maria Alekhina and Maria Baronova, journalist Arseny Bobrovsky (Kermlinrussia), ally of Alexei Navalny Ruslan Leviev. All detainees were released without drawing up protocols. Activists were informed that they were delivered to the police department to verify documents.

The maximum punishment under Article 19.3 is 15 days of arrest and 30 with a second offense. On Monday, under this article , participants in the protest campaign of state employees on Tverskaya were convicted of arrests.
