Those detained this morning in a balloon on Manezhnaya Square were released from the police, Ruslan Leviev told OVD-Info. No charges were brought against the detainees - the detainees were allegedly taken to the police department to check their documents.

Of the 18 detainees in the ball, only the minor Nikolai Kasyan remains in the police department, who must be picked up by his parents.
