With the onset of frosts, their shelters became unsuitable for housing and they surrender,” Morozova said.
Later, the representative of the self -proclaimed DPR at the negotiations of the contact group on peaceful settlement Denis Pushilin told RIA Novosti that the new exchange of prisoners between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the DPR could begin in mid -January.
