On the fact of the unauthorized demolition of the two buildings on the Bolotnaya embankment, the manufacturer of the works of Sip-Energo LLC will be fined, according to the website of the association of administrative and technical inspections of Moscow. Work at the facility is suspended.

Article 8.18 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the city of Moscow provides for legal entities the maximum fine for this violation in the amount of 1 million rubles.

On the New Year's weekend, buildings 10 and 11 were demolished at the Bolotnaya embankment, 15. The customer of the work was the United Energy Company OJSC, and the contractor was Stroy Guarantor LLC. Sip-Energo performed the functions of a subcontracting organization.

"The demolition of the building 10 has a decision of the Moscow Government Commission on urban planning in the areas of protection of cultural heritage sites, building 11 was demolished unauthorized," the report said.

On Monday , the illegal demolition of the two buildings of the XIX century was reported by activists of the Archnadzor movement. At the same time, there was neither a warrant on the construction site for demolition, nor other necessary documents, nor an information shield.

On December 24, when considering the demolition of one of these buildings at a meeting of the Moscow Government Commission on urban planning in the zones of the protection of cultural heritage objects, representatives of the Archnadzor demanded that they conduct field studies of the basement of the building. According to some reports, he could be the last surviving corps dating back to the 18th century, a complex of the wine-salt court, demolished in the 1920-1930s.

However, it was decided to demolish the house. No decision was made near the neighboring building. Nevertheless, on January 3-4, both buildings were completely demolished. In their place, the construction of a new energy substation is planned.

At the same meeting of the commission, a decision was made on the demolition of a whole historical ensemble of three houses on Sadovnicheskaya Street, he is associated with the names of the philanthropist Nikolai Demidov, poet Sergei Yesenin and other cultural figures. Only the facade wall will survive from three houses. In addition, the territory of the object of cultural heritage - the estate of the Usachev -Naiden on the earthen shaft will significantly decrease.
